Your Guide to Transformation

For as long as I can remember, sugar was not just part of my everyday routine, it was my daily lifeline. Finishing an entire bag of Hershey kisses  while waiting in the school pickup line was normal behavior. Downing a sleeve of cookies while watching Sex and The City was also par for the course.

What I discovered as I began my “break up” with sugar, was simple but powerful: sugar cravings aren’t about willpower. They’re often linked to blood sugar imbalance, daily habits, and the overall way we nourish our bodies.

That realization led me to study nutrition, human behavior, and holistic wellness so I could understand why I was addicted to sugar and how I could fight it—and equally important, help other women finally break the cycle in a way that feels practical and sustainable.

This work is not just what I teach. It is how I live every day. With intention, with nourishment, and with a deep belief that when the body is supported properly, it knows exactly how to heal.
